This NJ county is the place to be!

Updated: May 30, 2019

With summer almost upon us, there is no better place to enjoy all the fun in the sun than the state parks, beaches and downtown neighborhoods of Monmouth County. Monmouth County is arguably one of the most desirable places to live in New Jersey. The eastern coast of the county runs alongside the Atlantic Ocean, featuring many of the most popular beaches in the state.

According to a recent article by NJ.com, several of the hottest markets right now are along the Jersey Shore. Ten towns out of the fifteen listed are spotlighted in this article as showing notable growth. Last quarter, median home values in towns like Belmar, Lake Como and Spring Lake increased by more than 6%. Many of the towns highlighted have similarities to a city within itself, where new businesses, restaurants and experiences are popping up constantly. The ability to walk wherever you wish and be outside enjoying nature is the lifestyle that many individuals desire at this current time. They are now more focused on enjoying where they live, dining with friends, exercising to stay healthy and essentially, having a better quality of life.

Additionally, being in such close proximity to New York City, Jersey City or Newark allows for individuals to travel to these areas for work, but be able to go home at the end of the day to their suburban homes with backyards and in-ground pools. You can have it all!

From Freehold to Asbury Park, from Red Bank to Point Pleasant, each town in Monmouth County proudly embraces its own unique character. Being a part of any of these communities is rewarding, and a reason why you should consider investing in property in this county. Contact me if you want to start seeing homes for sale today in this booming real estate market.
