Spring Lake May 2020 Market Review

My research analysis of the Spring Lake market for May 2020 indicated that home sales continued to slow down amidst the pandemic consuming the nation. Three homes sold in May versus the five that sold in April and the ten that sold in March.
While there was smaller number of homes sold in May, the number of days these homes were on the market decreased from 118 to 68 days. This appears to be about the same as last May when the average number of days on the market was 50. The number of homes for sale remained steady at 49 active listings with 12 new listings.
The average list price last month rose again above three million dollars at $3,304,544.00 while the average sale price decreased to $718.333.
