Lake Como May 2020 Market Review

My research of the May market statistics for Lake Como showed the average list price was $496,622, which was a slight increase from the average list price in April. The average home sale price increased to $360,000, which has been steadily climbing since March. For the month of May, there were two new listings and nine total active listings with one home sale.
Presently, there are seven homes for sale and five homes under contract in Lake Como. The homes currently pending sale include two new construction homes near the lake on 21st Avenue and two other homes that went under contract in less than two weeks.
Lake Como real estate sells at a smaller volume than the surrounding towns. Even though this beach town is the tenth-smallest municipality in New Jersey, it is still an extremely desirable location to invest in property. Custom homes are popping up all over Lake Como and new construction opportunities await those looking to build their dream beach home.
