Lake Como June 2020 Market Review

My review of the June market statistics for Lake Como showed the average list price was $422,114, which was a slight decrease from the average list price in May. The average home sale price increased by $500,000, up to $850,000. Home sale prices have been steadily rising consecutively over the past several months. For the month of June, there were three new listings and seven total active listings. These statistics are comparable to last month’s numbers.

One home sold in June priced above $500,000. While Lake Como real estate sells at a smaller volume than neighboring shore towns, developers are continuously purchasing knock-down homes and building new construction homes, increasing the overall desirability of the town.

At this time, there are nine homes for sale and five homes under contract in Lake Como. I anticipate the market statistics for next month to show remarkable home sales reflecting the strength of the real estate market down the shore and specifically Lake Como.
