My research of the April market trends in the borough of Lake Como evaluate more modest properties relative to neighboring towns, with those homes still located within blocks of the beach and lakefront.
The average list price In April was $456,825, which was the equivalent to the average list price in March. The average sale price increased to $319,667 surpassing a lower price point of $280,000 in March.

Homes are averaging only 16 days on the market. Buyers are realizing they may need to leave the over-populated cities for more space and fresh air as social distancing becomes the new norm.
Currently, there are 8 homes for sale in Lake Como ranging from $305,000 up to $850,000. Four properties are pending sale with three homes projected to close in May and one new construction project scheduled for June. Lake Como continues to be an area with investable beach home opportunities.
