Based on my research, this past month in Belmar there were 28 active listings with an average list price of $967,804.
Nine homes sold at the average sale price of $466,942. The average days on the market were 33. This was an improvement over last year, when the average days on the market was 56. However, there was more inventory last year at this time with 54 active listings in January 2019.
Currently, there are 33 homes for sale in Belmar and 19 homes are pending sale or under contract.
